Conductor De Aluminio Reforzado Con Acero (ACSR)

El conductor ACSR consta de un núcleo de acero sólido o trenzado rodeado de hilos de aluminio. Está disponible en una gama de resistencias de acero que varían entre el 6 % y el 40 %.

CONSTRUCCIÓN

  • (Conductor de aluminio reforzado con acero - ACSR) cuenta con un núcleo de acero en su interior y alambres de aluminio enrollados alrededor de este mediante torsión en su exterior. El núcleo de acero aumenta la resistencia, mientras que el cable trenzado de aluminio se utiliza principalmente para transmitir energía eléctrica.
  • El ACSR se caracteriza por su estructura simple, fácil instalación y mantenimiento, bajo costo de línea, gran capacidad de transmisión y es ideal para su instalación en condiciones geográficas especiales, como el cruce de ríos y valles. Además, posee buena conductividad, suficiente resistencia mecánica, alta resistencia a la tracción y permite una mayor distancia entre torres. Por lo tanto, se utiliza ampliamente en líneas aéreas de transmisión y distribución de diversos niveles de tensión.

APLICACIÓN

  • ACSR–Conductor02

    ACSR (Conductor de aluminio reforzado con acero) se utiliza como cable de transmisión aérea desnudo y como cable de distribución primaria y secundaria. El ACSR ofrece una resistencia óptima para el diseño de líneas. El trenzado variable del núcleo de acero permite alcanzar la resistencia deseada sin sacrificar la capacidad de corriente.
